The Olive Oil Merchant Brings the Fruit of Italy to Canada

Posted: Monday, June 28, 2010 in Food, Gifts, Volusion Site Design

Our latest Volusion store launch makes us think of the part in The Godfather after Michael Corleone kills Sollozzo and McCluskey and he flees to the old country to escape the subsequent mob war – only without all of the graphic violence and moral ambiguity.

The Olive Oil Merchant stands poised to deliver only the finest Italian olive oil and specialty foods to our lucky, lucky canuckian neighbors.  With their clear dedication to quality and tradition, they’re sure to bring some Mediterranean sunshine to the Great White North.

Congratulations on the lovely new website, Olive Oil Merchant!

Vol-Ooh-La-Lusion… Ooh La La Candy Launches New Volusion Store

Posted: Tuesday, April 13, 2010 in Food, Gifts, Volusion Site Design

Sure, we’re always happy to launch a new store.  Each of our customers brings something new and exciting to the table.  We’ve learned a lot about shelving, lighting, sports apparel, lingerie, home and garden gifts, shore excursions, t shirts, mixed martial arts and a hundred other things… but THIS IS CANDY! C’mon… CANDY!  Who doesn’t love candy?

Mmmmmm… candy.

Anyhoo, we’re (obviously) happy to announce the launch of Ooh La La Candy!  With a variety of gift assortments and candy-filled greeting cards, Ooh La La has something for every occasion, but their premier product is clearly their candy cupcake: a whimsical novelty treat that is an absolute delight to receive.  We say that from experience.

As we’ve mentioned in previous posts (here and here), there’s little that we enjoy more than surprise packages filled with tasty treats and the nice folks at Ooh La La were kind enough to launch their site design project with a box full of their delicious wares.  Hit the jump to see a sample of their adorable offerings out in the wild…

Global_Hemp_Brand_Labs_VolusionWe know what you’re thinking.  “Hemp” is just hippie code for “Pot”.  Well, rude as it may seem, we’d like to point out that you’re completely wrong.  Hemp is one of the most versatile and sustainable products on Earth and all the evidence you’ll ever need of that fact may be found at the store belonging to GlobalHemp.com.  Carrying products ranging from clothing to food, they do an excellent job of effectively demonstrating that hemp isn’t just for treehuggers any more… though treehuggers are completely welcome!

Welcome to the Brand Labs family, Global Hemp!
